Application Procedure

Foreign students applying to study as free movers are required to submit to email: malgorzata.witkowska@collegiumwitelona.pl the following documents:     

  1. Incoming Student Application Form
  2. Learning Agreement for Studies – Before the Mobility

  3. Accommodation Form

  4. Confirmation letter from the home university verifying student status

  5. Proof of English language proficiency at minimum level B1, issued by the home university or an official language certificate

  6. Copy of passport and/or national ID

  7. Biometric photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm – 2 copies)

Application Deadlines

  • 31 May – for the winter semester

  • 30 November – for the summer semester


Admission Process

After the application deadline and once all required documents have been received and approved by the Deputy Rector for Research and International Cooperation, the International Relations Office will issue Letters of Acceptance to the qualified students.


Tuition Fees and Payment

  • Free mover students are charged a fee per ECTS credit.

  • The minimum number of ECTS credits per semester is 20, the maximum is 30.

  • The fee per 1 ECTS credit is EUR 45.

  • No additional academic fees apply, except for costs such as issuing a student ID card.

Within 60 days of receiving the Letter of Acceptance, the student is required to:

  1. Transfer the tuition fee amount (calculated as the number of ECTS credits × EUR 45) to the university’s bank account.

  2. Send proof of payment to the International Relations Office via e-mail.

Important: Failure to make the payment within the specified deadline will be treated as a withdrawal from studies.
If the student withdraws after the payment has been made, 70% of the paid amount will be refunded.


Before Arrival

At least one week before arrival, students must send to email: malgorzata.witkowska@collegiumwitelona.pl: 
- A copy of valid health insurance}|
- A copy of visa (if required)


Student Rights and Obligations

Free mover students have the same rights and obligations as regular students of Witelon Collegium State University, with the exception of eligibility for financial support.

During their studies, free mover students will receive:
- A student ID card
- An examination card
